Alexander C. O'Neill

Alexander O'Neill is a member of the firm's Alternative Energy, Construction, and Real Estate and Environmental Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in transactional matters, with emphasis on real estate transactions, development, including affordable housing and green development and construction, and finance, environmental issues related to real estate transfers, and land conservation. Mr. O'Neill's skills include drafting and negotiating purchase, sale, lease, easement and other real estate agreements, performing and managing title, survey and environmental due diligence, closing transactions, and advising clients on real estate and environmental issues.

Representative Experience

• Performed title and survey due diligence and reviewed and negotiated real estate documents for a multi-billion dollar privatization transaction
• Assisted with real estate joint venture for construction of a $20 million multifamily project
• Represented investors and developers in over 75 Section 42 Affordable Housing projects
• Assisted with environmental matters related to the privatization of the Naval Air Warfare Center in Indianapolis, Indiana
• Negotiated and closed construction financing for 400,000 square foot industrial spec building and sale of building to insurance company
• Assist client with ongoing development of industrial and technology park
• Represent client in connection with client's organic farming operation
